He is certified in ART (Active Release Technique), Graston, Sports Acupuncture, FMS, SFMA, and TPI (Titleist Performance Institute).  He has spent the last three years working with local athletic programs as well as numerous collegiate and professional athletes to prevent injuries and provide injury rehab.

Dr. Ellis believes when a person faces a sports injury it is essential thabbt it be treated correctly to not only recover quicker, but to have lower chances of having a repeated injury. Getting through injuries is not only about the tissue affected, but the body being able to stabilize and function again at its optimal level. Dr. Ellis puts all treatment protocols together specifically for each individual athlete, and is invested intently on getting them back on the playing surface.

Dr. Ellis and his wife, Becky, live in Richardson. Becky works for a non-profit organization called Joni and Friends and also coaches for Victory Volleyball Club. Ross and Becky are still active playing their respective collegiate sports on the weekends. They are very excited about coming together with Crull Fitness and integrating more into the Richardson community!
